Once you have found your dream home, SunRaye Realty associates still work for you. I will help you prepare your offer by providing market data so that you can accurately determine the value of the property. Once the contract is negotiated, and your purchase finalized, I will assist you in obtaining financing, selecting a home inspector or selecting any other inspectors such as a wood destroying organism (termite) inspector. If you need help in locating homeowner's insurance agents, surveyors, contractors or movers, I can assist you. I want you to be 100% satisfied, both with my service and with your new property. I will involve myself in your home search as much or as little as you like, and will communicate information to you on a schedule and in a fashion that suits you best. My goal is to make every customer a customer for life, so my job isn't done until you are completely happy in your new home.
Just prior to closing your purchase, I will be there with you for a final inspection. You can count on my experience to make sure the closing agent will carefully present all documents to you in a clean manner.
